Hand made and hand painted.
The wind catches the fins of the centre ball that makes up the body of the tulip causing it to spin. A great fun piece to brighten your garden and your day. We recommend treating with WD40 periodically to prevent weathering. As these are hand made each piece may vary slightly from the image shown.
Height of flower 9cm, height of stick 81cm (7cm of the 81cm is inserted into the tulip to give stability). This product comes into its own in strong winds.
