If you would like to change or cancel your order then please let us know immediately. If you are a UK consumer, you have the legal right, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to cancel your order within 14 working days following the receipt of your order.

I want to cancel the order prior to dispatch: by law you are permitted to cancel your order prior to dispatch but please contact Glencrest Seatex as soon as possible so that we can minimize the overheads and inconvenience of any costs incurred.
This should be by telephone and confirmed by email.
When will my order be despatched?
We try to dispatch orders on the day they are received, or next working day. Parcels are sent on a standard service
Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.
Please be aware that delivery times may take longer around bank holidays and during busy or festive periods.
How long do I have to return an item?
We hope you’re happy with your Travellers finds purchase. If you are unhappy with your goods, please return them to us.
We are happy to refund unused goods that are returned to us within 14 days.
Goods should be returned to us unused and in their original packaging. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning your goods.
