We try to dispatch orders on the day they are received, or next working day. Parcels are sent on a standard service Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. Please be aware that delivery times may take longer around bank holidays and during busy or festive periods.
We use Parcelforce and Hermes to deliver parcels.
Larger items such as furniture and sculptures need to be discussed at time of order and will either be delivered on a pallet or by one of our team.
Pallet deliveries need to be checked on delivery where you can ask for up to 20 minutes to inspect and check your purchase , once signed for we lose the right to claim for any damages so please ensure you are happy before signing the paperwork. Pallet deliveries are kerbside drops and the driver will not help or assist with unloading or carrying your item.

Tracking your delivery:
When placing your order, we recommend that you add a mobile number and/or email address. This will allow the courier to update you when they have received your parcel and when you should expect delivery
If at any point you need more information about your delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to assist, and give you a status update.

As a company we are very conscious of the environment. Unless we feel it is essential in protecting a fragile item, we choose not to use bubble wrap.
We may use recycled material to package your order. The packaging used can be recycled or composted.
We hope that you love the items that you purchase from us, but if for any reason you are not happy you may return them to us within 14 days of the goods arriving with you.
We ask that you return the item in the original packaging, Enclosing the original delivery note with the item(s) you wish to return and, please obtain proof of posting.
Once we receive the goods, and they are in the perfect condition we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s) only excluding postage costs. Refund will be made to the card used to place the order or to paypal if this was your chosen payment method.
If your order arrives damaged, please email email@example.com attaching images of the damaged item(s), packaging and address label so that we can quickly resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
